These intervention strategies aim to promote a culture of human rights and active citizenship among young people, while empowering them to play a meaningful role in the development process through participatory and inclusive approaches.
Approaches
The project applies several key approaches to ensure effective and sustainable outcomes, including a change-oriented approach, participatory approach, gender-sensitive approach, inclusive approach, and environmental approach. These approaches guide all activities and interventions to maximize impact and promote equity, inclusion, and sustainability
Main Activities
The project implements a variety of activities designed to build skills, raise awareness, and foster collaboration among youth. These include training cycles, reflection and working workshops, awareness and advocacy campaigns, seminars, exchange programs and visits, as well as external support and mentoring.
